Looking at the excessive supply of rooms for rent at their investment  condominium located at Bangsar, the young couple decided to have an affordable "more than basic"  design to their 950 sf 2 bedrooms unit  that was planned for rent or sale. Currently, the partly furnished unit serves as a weekend home until she meets her new owner.
